Returns & Refunds
We want you to love your VELORA products.
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@discovermyvelora.com with your order number and photos of the product.
Due to hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on opened or used hair care products unless the item is faulty.
If your return is approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is incorrect or defective.
